This unique yoga series will explore the 5 Tibetan Energy Rejuvenation Rites featured in the book THE ANCIENT SECRET OF THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH. Together we will explore these ancient rites through Kim’s easy and relaxing teaching style. The focus will be on learning the 5 rites within a yoga class that includes a relaxing meditation at the end of class.
Classes will be held Monday evenings from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.
$10/class if you pay by the month*

No previous experience is necessary to give yourself this gift. You can jump in anytime and do not have to commit to the whole series.
